5 AC rooms (2 nightly rates by floor)
Below is a photo set for all five air-conditioned guest rooms. 2nd floor rooms are billed at ₹1,450 / night*, and 3rd floor at ₹1,250 / night*. 3 function halls (photos further down) are priced separately for events.
AC room 1
2nd floor — attached bath, AC, linen & daily housekeeping. Suited to couples or solo travellers in Kashi.
AC room 2
2nd floor — same night charge as other 2F rooms. Quiet block for rest after ghat darshan.
AC room 3
3rd floor — ₹1,250 / night* slab. Good for small families; ask for extra mattress if needed (subject to space).
AC room 4
3rd floor — spacious layout for 3+ guests when available. Power backup for lights/fans; geyser in bath.
AC room 5
3rd floor — larger / extra-bed option for groups. Confirm bed count and luggage space when you book on the phone.
Functions & gatherings
Our 3 function halls — photos & tariff
Book wedding side-events, ring ceremonies, birthdays, or community programmes in one of three halls. Rates are per person (and full-day rules apply). Sound & timing follow local Bhelupur guidelines—call before you fix an invitation.
Main function hall
Larger gatherings — up to 30 guests. Use for sangeet-style programmes, anniversaries, or society meetings when you need the biggest indoor floor at the property.

Colour hall
On the 2nd floor — ~15 people. Ideal for mehndi, haldi, or small satsang when you do not need the full 30-pax hall. Decor-friendly space (confirm what is allowed on call).

On the 3rd floor — air-cooled / AC comfort for up to 17 guests. Suited to ring ceremonies, birthday get-togethers, or a compact cultural evening.
